Create areas on the Map tab, then add cables from Map shortcuts or the Cables tab.
Use the Unknown tab for cables you have not fully identified yet.
Export a full overview from Sheets (uses coins).
Coins & purchases
New accounts receive a starting coin balance shown on the Me tab.
Coins pay for extra cable slots, sheet exports, quota expansion, and unlocking notification reminders.
Coin packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Restore purchases with the same Apple ID if you reinstall the app.
If a purchase does not appear, try restarting the app or contact us with your App Store receipt.
Notifications
Reminders are optional and require a one-time coin unlock in Me → Notification reminders. After unlocking, enable one-time or weekly reminders and allow notifications in iOS Settings → WireNest.
Sign in & data
Sign out keeps your local data unless you delete it separately.
Delete all data (Me tab) permanently removes areas, cables, photos, and sheets on this device, disables demo seeding, resets coins, and signs you out. This cannot be undone.
Permissions
If camera, photos, or microphone access is denied, open Settings → WireNest and enable the permissions you need. Voice notes require the microphone; area and cable photos require camera or photo library access.
Troubleshooting
App crashes or freezes: Force quit and reopen; update to the latest version from the App Store.
Search shows no results: Check spelling and try area or device keywords.
Export failed: Ensure you have enough coins and storage space on your device.
Sign in with Apple fails: Check network connection and Apple ID status in Settings.
